Ingredients
2 kg pork
1 kg beef
75 g salt
30 g sugar
10 g pepper
5 g cumin
2 g selitra (purchased from a pharmacy)
5 g allspice

Method
Good cleaning meat is cut into pieces and sprinkle with salt, sugar and saltpeter. Place two days in a tilted glass-lined tank to drain. And then ground and mixed with caraway, pepper and allspice. Fill in the intestine and left to dry in a well ventilated.
