Ingredients
400 g yogurt
2 eggs
1 cube of yeast
flour as necessary
# For the filling:
500 g minced meat
1 large onion
spices
sunflower oil
Method
Kneaded medium soft dough yogurt, eggs, cube yeast, 1 cup water and flour and allowed to rise. Minced meat onion and fry until ready. The dough is divided into rounds and each ball is put spread of stuffing and turns ohlyuvche so lining up in a buttered pan. Leave to rise and bake before smeared with beaten yolk. Bake at 160 C first on the lower heating element with a fan and then bake and top.

Nelka very nice recipe, but the yeast should not be dissolved in a little warm water, 1 h. L. Sugar 1h. l. flour and wait it rise and then mess up the dough? Or you use a dry yeast? This phrase *flour as necessary* always bothers me. For how hard must be tested? Could use prepared dough from the store?
