Krostata leeks

200 g flour
180 g cottage cheese
5 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
700 g leek
100 g smoked brisket
4-5 tbsp yogurt
150 g grated feta cheese
50 g grated cheese
Involved dough of flour, the cottage cheese, salt and one egg. Leave in the refrigerator. Leeks cut into pieces 5 cm in length and each piece is cut in half lengthwise. Put them to boil in salted water for about 3 minutes, removed from the water. Smoked breast cut into cubes and lightly fry. Separately, break 4 eggs, add the yogurt, the feta cheese and a pinch of salt, add to smoked brisket and leeks. The dough is put into an oiled baking dish, pressing evenly on bottom and sides, filled with filling, dusted with grated cheese and bake in preheated 200 ° C oven until ready (about 30 minutes). * The filling may be replaced with spinach and feta cheese and eggs.
