Blend all vegetables in a food processor or chop very finely. Add the minced meat and spices. Blend to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Apply evenly each pita with the mixture and bake for 3-5 minutes in a preheated oven at 250C degrees. Cut with a knife for pizza and serve warm. * If you use hot pepper add to the mix 1/2 tsp sugar to balance the taste. * If you love to knead, you can knead the buns for lahmadzhun. In this case they must be very thin and cooking time must be increased by 2-3 minutes. * As kneading is not among my favorite activities, I used ready Mexican buns - tortillas. I am convinced that the Arab and buns will be suitable for lahmadzhun.
