Blend all vegetables in a food processor or chop very finely. Add the minced meat and spices. Blend to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Apply evenly each pita with the mixture and bake for 3-5 minutes in a preheated oven at 250C degrees. Cut with a knife for pizza and serve warm. * If you use hot pepper add to the mix 1/2 tsp sugar to balance the taste. * If you love to knead, you can knead the buns for lahmadzhun. In this case they must be very thin and cooking time must be increased by 2-3 minutes. * As kneading is not among my favorite activities, I used ready Mexican buns - tortillas. I am convinced that the Arab and buns will be suitable for lahmadzhun.

From Turkey bought some cakes resemble Arabic bread writes Lavagri Lavas are not they lyahmadzhun and for how long to roast them? They resemble bake

Unfortunately in the net I found nothing like bread for Lavagri Lavas. If you like cakes for dyuneri- will become. Baking time is 2-3 minutes, even I think that will be better if you bake in the barbecue grill. Tortillas that I use also like to bake. Success in preparation and will wait for feedback.

What became great! Cakes resemble those of wraps yes, even your home doner made with them. Next time will take more packages. Chili pepper I did not put, but I put 1 green and 1 red. More moments I Paiute 5-7 in the oven with a fan. :)

I am very glad that you liked the recipe!

But I want to add to the recipe how you served in Turkey lyahmadzhuna. Necessarily give you to him lettuce, tomato, onion and lemon to your seasoned as you like. Put on top and roll and so can eat on the go.
