Light cream with coffee

Ingredients
500 ml milk
200 g sugar
1 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp rum
6 egg whites
Method
Boil the milk with the sugar and leave to cool. Add the coffee and rum. Beat the egg whites of thick snow and add them carefully to the tepid milk. The resulting mixture boil over very low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Once thickened, take off the cream from the heat and leave it to cool. Then poured into cups and put in the fridge to set.
