Light rice with chicken strips

Ingredients
200 g chicken breasts
100 g mushrooms
100 g of cooked peas
100 g corn - cooked or canned
1 cup Basmati rice
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 carrot
4 tbsp olive oil
1 vegetable stock cube
the juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
Method
Chicken cut into thin strips, add some slightly in flour and fry in olive oil. Remove and consistently in the same fat fry vegetables and rice. Pour 3 cups hot water with dissolved broth and return the chicken, add salt. Ready to cook rice. Finally, flavored with lemon juice. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
