Liver-dolma with mushrooms Reni

Ingredients
250 g mushrooms
2-3 onions
1/3 cup Rice
60 g butter
1 tsp paprika
1 cube mushroom broth
parsley
# For the pancakes:
3 eggs
100 g flour
250 ml milk
# TOPPING:
2 eggs
1 cup yogurt
Method
Mushrooms are cut into thin strips and sauté in the butter to soften. Add chopped onion and rice. When the rice is transparent to put red pepper, mushroom bouillon cube and 1 cup water. Boil on low heat until ready rice. Add the chopped parsley. From the pancake dough products prepared thin pancakes. In each pancake put stuffing of mushrooms, wound on rolls and arrange in an oiled baking dish. Bake in a moderate oven for 15 minutes. Pour in the beaten eggs with yogurt and baked again for 10 minutes.

Sounds good so. Some time ago (maybe 15 years ago) I was preparing a similar cancer-tinsel. For sazhalnie'm not preserved recipe (clipping). It was incredibly delicious. I remember that the main products were again filling rice and mushrooms, but there were still a lot of vegetables - peas, carrot, potato, perhaps ... Labor intensive recipe, but very tasty
