Liver with spicy sauce

Ingredients
1 kg liver (of your choice)
salt, pepper
1/2 cup flour
5 tbsp sunflower oil
2 onions
2 green peppers
2 chillies
500 g tomatoes
4 garlic cloves
1/2 bunch parsley
Method
Cut the liver into slices, season it with salt and pepper, roll it in flour and fry in preheated oil. Remove it and keep it warm. Vegetables finely. The rest of the frying fat saute onions, add green peppers, hot peppers and soften, add the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and cook to thicken the sauce. At the end, add the garlic and remove from heat. With the resulting sauce pour partitioned liver and sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
