Mantle with couscous

Ingredients
1.2 kg yogurt (3 cups)
400 g couscous (1 package)
1 head of garlic
80 g butter
parsley
salt
1 tbsp paprika
Method
Kus -kusa Boil in salted water and pour into pan. Drain yogurt in cheesecloth and mix with cous-Kusa. Add the cleaned and blend garlic and mix everything well. The butter fry the red pepper appetizer and pour it. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
