Marinated mushrooms with cold marinade

1.5 kg mushrooms (buttervki, Red, chanterelle or mushrooms)
1/3 cup Vinegar
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 cup water
1 tbsp salt - incomplete
1 tbsp sugar
3-4 Allspice
10-12 peppercorns
1 head of garlic
2 bunches of parsley finely
bay leaf
Mushrooms are put in boiling salted water and cook about 25-30 minutes. Marinade is made from all the other ingredients. Mushrooms are taken out of the water and pour the marinade with. Then closed in jars as a marinade and harvested in a refrigerator. Ready to eat - after 2 days.

morning ladies made them a recipe from a newspaper clipping. Recipe wrote only what I've written. I made this recipe with mushrooms from the store. It was lovely. Wait at least 24 hours really worth. I used dill, parsley instead, otherwise the products are accurate. Great recipe!
