Meat bags with vegetables

Ingredients
pork
1 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp mayonnaise
salt and pepper
# For the filling:
1 small onion
1 tomato
1/2 zucchini
1-2 peppers - roasted or fried
cheese for sprinkling

Method
The meat is cut into pieces for steak, but smaller, with a thickness of 7-8 mm and fry gently. Mix mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, add the meat and stir well. Onions, tomatoes, zucchini and peppers are finely chopped and fry. Foil was cut into squares greater than meat. Pan is put to the piece of meat in its middle is placed on vegetable stuffing. Envy is all well and bake for 45 minutes at 180C. 10 minutes before removing develop edges, sprinkle with grated cheese and leave to brown for. In the pan put a little water before being placed in the oven to bake.
