Method
Buckwheat boiled with a little salt. If there is water, drain. Add the eggs, chopped onion, spices. There are also small balls that are rolled in flour and fry or bake.

What is buckwheat?
Buckwheat or / Grechko / cereal with fruit and ridged size lentils. It is very useful. Generally makes babies pasty most useful. These meatballs can put cheese and rolled in breadcrumbs.
