Mesh BBQ microwave

Ingredients
4 small mutton chop 400 g
2 tbsp (20 ml) olive oil
4 sausages 400 g
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
4 pork chops 400 g
1 / 2 cups (100 ml) red wine
1 tsp thyme
4 onions
4 tomatoes
150 g mushrooms mushrooms
1 tbsp (10 ml) lemon juice
Method
Mutton chops are washed, dried and rubbed with olive oil. Leave to stand. Sausages pressed into a flour. Pork marinated in red wine and thyme. Peel the onion and cut it in two, tomatoes are washed and cut into four, mushrooms are cleaned, washed and sprayed with lemon juice. Sausages are placed on the BBQ and kept for 5 minutes at 600 W and preheated grill. Turn and dopichat 4 minutes at 600 Deut. Mutton slightly dry with a soft paper and keep the BBQ 5 minutes at 600 W and grill included. Attention is like interchange the chops and dopicha 4 minutes. Similarly prepared and pork. Finally on the BBQ put onions, mushrooms and tomatoes and bake for 4 minutes at 600 W and grill included. Meat and vegetables are arranged on a large platter and serve. * To prepare this recipe requires a combined microwave.

I replaced the mutton and beef samples. The Roast took me 40 min, but it was raw. Writes that benefit only the grill.

writes' and' on grill. Which means and microwave and grill at the same time!
