Ingredients
1 stalk leek
1-2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp feta cheese or cheese
spices optional

Method
Cleaned and sliced leeks are cooked in a little water. Bake the flour in a dry frying pan, pour 1 cup water leeks. Mix well and put on low heat. Add the eggs, milk, the feta cheese and spices. Stir until the desired density.
