1 kg mussels
3 onions
1 tsp red pepper
pepper (optional)
1 small bunch of lovage (shell)
3 pinches of fresh parsley
3 pinches of fresh dill
salt
sunflower oil
1 cup rice
4 cup water

Method
Mussels are cleaned well from the outside and cook in a saucepan with 1 tbsp salt and 3 sprigs of lovage. As a boil half shells are cleaned shells, the other half not. In a saucepan fry the chopped onion until golden and add rice to fry for 1-2 minutes, then pour water, add salt and put paprika. As he began to inflate rice put mussels and chopped herbs (lovage, parsley, dill). Boil until the rice.

This is a type of Midi in Burgas. Otherwise, it is very tasty!
