Moussaka leeks with cheese

Ingredients
1 kg leeks
1/3 cup Rice
1/3 cup sunflower oil
200-300 g feta cheese
50 g butter or margarine
1 tbsp flour
2 eggs
250 ml milk
cheese 50 g
pepper, salt
parsley
Method
Leeks are cleaned and washed, cut into in small pieces and stew in the oil, until soft. Add rice with 2/3 cup water and after are dissolved - finely chopped tomatoes and sauté until soft. Steamed mixture is removed from heat, cool and add to it crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, pepper and salt. The products are mixed, poured into an oiled dish an even layer and parch. Prepare beshamelov sauce in the butter fry lightly flour and diluted with milk and beaten eggs. Moussaka pour the sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake again until browned.
