Ingredients
          2 peaches
          50 g creamer
          400 g yogurt
          1/2 cup sugar
          # For caramelized nuts:
          30 g butter
          1 cup oatmeal
          1 cup sugar
              Method
              Oatmeal pour hot water and leave to stand there until swell. Then drain. The sugar is caramelized, the butter is added and stirred until homogeneous. Pour oatmeal. Mix well to distribute the caramel in the nuts. At the heart of peaches cut cross. Immersed for several seconds in hot water, then cooled. Peel and cut into small pieces. Cream mix with yogurt and sugar. At the bottom of suitable glasses are distributed caramelized oatmeal, put them on pieces of peaches and pour cream. Musat was allowed to stand for several hours in a refrigerator and then served.
