Mushrooms baked with rice

Ingredients
500 g mushrooms
1 cup rice
1 stalk leek
2 eggs
6 tbsp sunflower oil
lump of butter
mint
pepper
salt
Method
Sliced ​​mushrooms cook for about 20 minutes. Put them in a baking dish with rice, chopped leeks, beaten eggs, the oil and the butter. Pour 3 cups broth in which mumbo mushrooms. Season with chopped mint, pepper and salt to taste. Bake in a moderate oven.
