Mutton chops with onion sauce

Ingredients
4 mutton chops
500 g onion
butter
1 tsp (5 g) tomato paste
salt
pepper
1 tsp concentrated meat broth
Method
Chop finely and stew in 20 g butter to golden yellow. Add tomato puree, seasoned with salt, pepper and a little meat broth. Adding a little water, onions, boil on medium heat until are dissolved. Pretriva puree through a strainer. Chops fried on both sides in butter very high heat, add salt and sprinkle with pepper. Pour the sauce and serve immediately.
