Ingredients
500-600 g nettle
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp sunflower oil (olive oil)
4-5 cloves garlic (1- 2 sprigs fresh)
300-400 g yogurt
egg 1
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp paprika, salt

Method
Clean and wash nettle is boiled in 2 cups of salted water. Boiled nettle drain well water cool down and cut into small pieces or passaged. Fry flour in the fat, add nettle and pour as much of the water in which it is hot, to obtain a moderate density pulp. Salt. Season with crushed garlic or chopped fresh. Pour into the baking dish and pour the beaten egg with yogurt and 1 coffee spoon salt. Bake at 200C degrees until browned. Sprinkle with paprika and is coated with the butter. Dopicha another 5 minutes.
