Onion stew with meatballs

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
80 ml sunflower oil
1 kg onion
5-6 roasted red peppers
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 cube mushroom broth
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp savory
2 bay leaf
parsley, pepper, salt, cumin
50 g rice

Method
Minced meat is kneaded with rice and cumin. Of this mixture form balls and steamed in a pot of boiling water. After 5-6 minutes, when come to the surface are removed with a slotted spoon. In a saucepan with heated sunflower oil fry the onion and after 7-8 minutes add the red pepper, fuzzy little water in the tomato paste, chopped peppers, mushroom bouillon cube, bay leaf, savory, black pepper. Allow to simmer on low heat 15 minutes. In a pan pour stewed onion mixture and place top meatballs. Bake in a hot oven - 200-220 C
