Orange Cream

Ingredients
1 egg
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) of orange juice
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) milk
the juice of 1/2 lemon
60 g sugar
4 yolks
Method
Yolks, sugar and fruit juices are broken, add egg beaten with milk, and beat a water bath to compress and a thick foam.

Sounds good, but is it not dangerous to eat raw egg yolks? Or the recipe is not complete?

It is dangerous only if the eggs are old. With fresh no problem.
