Pastry with chocolate and cocoa

# For the dough:
500 g flour
2 eggs
10 g of dry yeast
50 g butter
120 g sugar
200 ml milk
# For the filling:
90-100 g chocolate
1-2 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp sugar

We start with making the dough. For this purpose, in a small bowl put the milk, as we have warmed slightly and add the yeast (and 1 tbsp sugar). Let it rise. In another bowl, mix flour and sugar do well. In the well send down the butter and two eggs. Mix by hand and begin to gradually add the milk with yeast. Continue to shuffle, we strive to shape nice smooth dough. For this purpose, knead on a floured surface. When we determine that it is ready, place in greased bowl to rise for at least one hour of warm. During this time the chopped chocolate and put it in a bowl, adding cocoa and sugar. You can select only filled chocolate. Once the dough is rising, we divide it into two equal parts. Each Roll thinly and sprinkle with filling. Rolled and cut into 4 equal parts. Cut each quarter in about 0.5 cm but not to the end. With the fingers open slightly medium so as to protrude from the filler at which point pressuring both ends to each other. Finished buns put in a tray with baking paper. We leave them to rise for another half hour. Anointed them with a little milk and bake in a preheated oven 180C degrees. Optional namazhem with butter, while still warm.
