Ingredients
          1 kg of fresh peas
          150 g butter
          250 g of white bread
          1 bunch dill
          salt
          parsley
              Method
              Clean and wash fresh peas put in salted boiling water and boiled and then drained and fry gently in part of the butter. Salt and formed in Cigna and sprinkle with finely chopped dill. On top sprinkle with croutons of bread fried in the remaining butter. Top put twigs parsley.
