Boil the meat. In a deep pan, fry the onion with 2 tsp flour and 1 tsp paprika, add carrots, peppers, zucchini, peas, potatoes and meat. Top up water to cover products. When the potatoes are cooked add salt, pepper and savory. Top up with more water if necessary. Leave on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
