Pickles with cream

Ingredients
800 g cucumbers
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
350 g cream
1 sprig parsley
salt
Method
Peel the cucumbers are cut, remove seeds, cut into cubes and smothered in lightly salted water. After a little added flour, fuzzy and cream are boiled, add salt and add the chopped parsley to the finished dish.
