Ingredients
pizza dough
50-100 ml sour cream or liquid cooking cream
100-120 g smoked salmon
1 small red onion
50 g feta cheese Parmesan
cheese for sprinkling

Method
Salt dough is spread thinly in a pan with a diameter of 30-35 cm. Smeared with cream, stirred with a pinch of salt and 1 tsp water. Chop the onion thinly and distributes top. The pizza is placed for ten minutes in a preheated oven at 180-200C, you do not have to bake and dough to make tubes (be careful not to onion turns brown). Pizza out of the oven, top distributed thinly sliced and shredded salmon. Sprinkle with a little grated Parmesan cheese and top with cheese sprinkled profusely. Returns in the oven and dopicha.

pizza dough wholemeal or is there some spices? Good idea - I love onion pizza and like fish! Simple and delicious.
Bravo of observation :) dough, which they use a 50/50 mixture white and wholemeal, but the pizza will be only white and only with whole wheat - the dough is optional.
