Pork chops stuffed with pineapple and ham

Ingredients
4 thick pork chops (around 250 g each)
4 thin slices canned pineapple
4 thin slices of ham
2 tbsp butter
parsley
pepper
salt

Method
The chops are washed, dried and cleaved horizontally into two thinner layers, without having to remove completely. Sprinkle with salt and pepper inside and out. Pineapple slices drained well wrapped in ham and placed in the cuts of steak. Fasten with toothpicks. The butter becomes heated and steak fry it in 8 minutes on each side. Serve in warmed bowls decorated with parsley and garnish of your choice.
