Pork liver with rice and sauce in the oven

Ingredients
500 g pork liver
2-3 onions
3/4 cup sunflower oil
1 cup rice
1 cup incomplete yogurt
1-2 eggs
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp mint (or a few fresh leaves)
pepper
pinch nutmeg
salt or 2 cubes of beef or vegetable broth
1 tbsp flour

Method
Well wash the liver is cut into 2-3 pieces, put it in cold water and boiled. Once cooled down, cut into small pieces. Chopped onion fry until golden brown in a hot sunflower oil, add the rice and fry a few more minutes. Mix the liver and rice, pour in 3-3 and 1/2 cup strained broth of boiled liver, add salt to taste and add the remaining spices. Bake in a moderate oven. On the beaten eggs, yogurt, flour and a pinch of salt makes topping. Bake for another ten minutes, turn red. II version - if there is a veil, do dressing and covered with a veil and bake. III variant - the veil is cut pieces, put it in a ladle of soup, filled with the mixture turns on the tray and bake.

recipe can be prepared with beef or lamb liver. With lamb liver and without topping becomes a wonderful stuffing for lamb.

beef liver will do it tonight.

The dish can be served with fresh salad, pickles, yogurt or milk-garlic sauce - depends on the season.
