Potato Pancakes with stuffing

Ingredients
800 g potatoes
500 ml milk
3 eggs
80 g flour
100 g cream
100 ml sunflower oil
100 g Balkan cheese
500 g tomatoes
500 g peppers
1 / 2 bunch of parsley
salt
Method
Washed potatoes are boiled in salted water, peel and immediately Strain. The resulting paste is mixed with hot milk and leave to cool. Add alternately flour, eggs (one by one) and cream. The mixture was allowed to stand for 30-40 minutes, after which it was fried batter. Peeled tomatoes cut into small cubes and sauté in the oil, until tender. Add pre-roasted, peeled, cleaned of seeds and cut into small cubes and peppers also stew. The mixture is stirred with the finely chopped parsley and distribute as stuffing in pancakes. Then pancakes folded in half (crescent) and arrange in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and baked in the oven.

Comments

prepared the pancakes, but with twice the amount of flour. Only 80 g, pancakes tear.
