Potatoes with butter

Ingredients
potatoes
1-2 slices of celery
leek
parsley
butter
Method
Peel the potatoes, if big cut them into cubes. Drop them in boiling salted water to which you have added the celery and leek. When cooked, drain them and sprinkle with parsley. Finally, mix them in a bowl with fried butter.
