Rice buns

200 g rice flour
150 g yogurt
1 egg
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp baking soda
1 pinch salt

Flour is poured into a deep bowl and in its middle doing well. It put the egg, yoghurt, which are extinguished baking soda, vinegar, olive oil and salt. The dough is mixed with a spoon until homogeneous. A super soft dough, which should leave 20 minutes to rest. With greased hands, shape 4 small buns, arrange them in a pan on baking paper. rice buns bake about 25 minutes in a preheated 170C degrees oven fan.

After 20 min rest the dough was quite moist and crumbly texture, so I was tempted and doomesih with white flour with raising agent. I framed it as bread, and probably because it Peko an hour more time recipe :) But it was very tasty, with great crispy crust and flavor. Will often do. So I liked the taste of this bread, but today it got involved, but with a glass of milk and yeast (which inexplicably not effervescent, so I put a baking powder) and again added white flour to knead. The dough is more like plasticine than usual dough :) framed the six cakes and pospleskah them, to be sure that they will roast well :) I did not wait to rise and put them directly in the cold oven to 170 degrees and taking rose, increased to 180. And here's the result :)
