Ingredients
          500 g carrots
          1 tbsp sunflower oil
          1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
          1/2 tsp cumin
          1/4 tsp salt
          1 tbsp lime juice
          1-2 tbsp chopped green coriander

          Method
              Carrots are cut into rings on the diagonal. In a bowl, mix the oil, paprika, cumin and salt and mix. In the bowl and put the carrots and rolled well everywhere. Pour into pan littered with baking paper and spread evenly on 1 row. Bake in preheated moderate oven (180C) until tender and golden tan receive - for about 15-20 minutes. Remove, put in a bowl and mix with the juice of lime and coriander, served warm.
