Roll of zander

700 g fillet of zander (can trout or mackerel)
50 g of white bread
1 cup milk
1 onion
20 ml olive oil (sunflower oil)
20 g semolina
1 egg
40 g breadcrumbs
150 ml cooking cream
60 g margarine
salt, pepper
Bread soaked in milk and half drain. Chop the onion and lightly fry in fat. Fish, onions and bread are ground. Add egg, meal, rest milk, salt, pepper and everything is kneaded well. From the resulting mince forming roll, sprinkle with bread crumbs and put in a pan greased with margarine thoroughly. Roll spray with oil and bake at 180C degrees for about 40 minutes, occasionally pour the sauce obtained by baking. When ready to pour the cream and leave a few minutes to brown, until golden. Serve with a side dish of boiled potatoes with dill.
