Salad with mushrooms and corn

Ingredients
100 ml vegetable broth
40 g wheat
salt
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp sunflower oil or olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
pepper
radishes
300 g mushrooms
onion
lettuce leaves
Method
Wheat is placed in a pot, pour broth and bring to the boil. Boil for 10 minutes, remove from heat and leave for another 30 minutes to swell. In a bowl mix the lemon juice, vinegar, the oil, salt and pepper and mix well. Mushrooms Boil less, cut into slices and add to marinade. Remain for about 10 minutes, then add radishes, corn and stir well. In bowl put 2-3 lettuce leaves and pour over them from the salad. On top sprinkle with finely chopped onions.
