Salad with roasted eggplant and corn

Ingredients
1 jar roasted eggplant compote
200 g yogurt
200 g feta cheese
150-200 g canned corn
mushrooms optional
3-4 green peppers
1 red pepper
3 -4 chili peppers
garlic
olives optional
Salad with roasted eggplant and corn

Method
Eggplants mixed with yogurt, corn, chopped green peppers, mushrooms and garlic. Mix everything well. Top is decorated with red pepper, corn also may olives.

BABY, we like! Ovkusih salad with fresh dill. Serve wrapped in pancakes! It was very good!
