Salmon with spinach in puff pastry

Ingredients
500 g puff pastry
500 g of salmon cutlets
500 g spinach
1-2 lemons
salt
pepper
Method
The dough is formed into squares 20 x 20 cm. In the middle put lemon slices. The fish is washed, rubbed with salt and pepper and put on the lemon. Then add the spinach (raw or lightly steamed - a matter of discretion and taste). Each square of dough folded like an envelope, turns and bake until redness.
