Ingredients
          500 g minced meat
          5 eggs
          5 tbsp yogurt with 1/2 tsp baking soda
          5 tbsp flour
          5 tbsp soda or beer
          spices of your choice - savory, parsley and other
          salt
              Method
              Knead all products and using a spoon take the mixture and fry cutlets in a heated, but not strong fat. When placed in fat with a spoon to smooth, not thick.
