Ingredients
1 kg boiled nettle
2 eggs
2 tbsp flour
150-200 g feta cheese
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp crushed mint
1 tsp red pepper
sunflower oil
lemon juice
Method
Now boiled nettle passaged until a mess. Pour into a large bowl and to it add eggs, flour, grated feta cheese, crushed garlic with salt and spices. Add salt and the mixture was kneaded. From the resulting mixture is formed thin flat meatballs and fry in heated sunflower oil. If the mixture is a thin is grebva with a spoon and put into the oil. Already fried meatballs sprinkled with lemon juice.
