Ingredients
2 leeks
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp sweet curry
1.2 kg chopped or canned whole tomatoes
1 liter milk
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper
Method
Wash and clean the leeks, then just cut the top of thin circles. Heat the oil in a saucepan, put the leeks and stir well, but be careful not to become brown. Add sweet curry. Mixtures tomatoes with milk and then pour them into the pan. Leave the soup to simmer for about 20 minutes. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve with slices of bread and baguettes.
