Spectacular biscotti cookies from

Ingredients
500 g biscuits
1 cup milk
3 tbsp cocoa
chocolate or coconut
150 g sugar
# For the cream:
50 g butter
1 yolk
4 tbsp caster sugar
1 tbsp cocoa
1 vanilla
Method
Each biscotti is cut lengthwise into 4 equal pieces. Two by two pieces stick with cream derived from well beaten yolks with butter, powdered sugar, cocoa and vanilla. Glued pieces are immersed in a very thick solution of boiled milk, cocoa and sugar. Then each is add some shredded coconut or chopped chocolate grater. Refrigerated.
