Spicy summer dish

Ingredients
2 large onions
1 carrot
3 peppers
200 g okra
300 g tomatoes
sunflower oil
2 tsp red pepper, 2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp savory 1 tsp basil, 1. tsp cayenne pepper
100 ml red wine
salt
Method
Cut the onions, carrots, peppers, tomatoes. Okra cut the half, put in a saucepan and pour with 500 ml water, add sunflower oil and spices. Put on the stove and when it boils, let a slow fire to boil about 30 minutes. Put the wine and garlic (crushed) and leave to boil for another ten minutes.
