Star beans in Zgalevski

Ingredients
300 g coarse dry white beans
2 onions
1 kg roasted peppers
600 g red tomatoes
100 g of carrot (2)
100 g celery (1/4 small head)
several black olives
savory
paprika not hot
100 ml olive oil quality or sunflower oil
1/4 bunch parsley

Method
Gets cooked previously soaked in cold water, beans, along with carrots and celery and a bit of onion, salt. Then drained of water and having cooled down, was added thereto and baked peppers peeled, preferably red, fleshy, chopped tomatoes as salad. The more vegetable, the better. All this is seasoned with savory red pepper and salt. Place in a bowl and decorate with black olives and sprinkle with plenty of pepper on top. Parsley improve taste and appearance. Serve chilled. Immediately prior to lay on the table in the pan was heated to a white oil and poured on top, without being stirred.
