Steaks with wine

Ingredients
750 g steak
2-3 carrots
few cloves of garlic
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup wine
1 tbsp tomato paste
salt
1/4 cup sunflower oil

Method
Chops fry lightly in the oil. Half of them come in a shallow pan. Cover with chopped carrots and garlic rings. Top is crushed bay leaf. Arrange and other steaks. Pour the wine and 1/2 cup water, which is fuzzy tomato paste. Cover the pot and sauté steaks 30 minutes on low heat. Serve with mashed or fried potatoes.
