Steamed vegetables with boiled mayonnaise

Ingredients
4-5 carrots
2-3 green peppers
200 g green beans
2 onions
3-4 potatoes
1 cube vegetable broth, thyme
1 full tbsp butter
# For boiled mayonnaise:
1 yolk
1 tsp flour
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp mustard
3 sprigs of chopped parsley
fresh garlic
garlic flour
salt, pepper

Method
Vegetables are cut into strips, potatoes larger cubes. Carrots, peppers, beans and sauté the onion in a little sunflower oil, part of the butter and water. Should remain slightly crunchy. Pour into a bowl and stir in the remaining butter. Cook potatoes with broth and thyme and pour in the middle. A may be mixed with other vegetables. Serve with sauce. Boiled mayonnaise: The yolk is mixed with flour and 150 ml water. Mix well and put on low heat to thicken, stirring constantly. Then add other products.
