Stewed chicken with dolmas

Ingredients
1 (1 kg) chicken
1,5 kg sauerkraut
500 g minced meat pork
4 tbsp (40 g) rice
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
2 tbsp ( 50 g) pork lard
5 cups (1 l) cabbage juice
pepper
salt
Method
Chopped meat stew on low heat along with the finely chopped onion, then stir with a clean and washed rice and paprika. After 5-6 minutes, the mixture is removed from heat and it is narrowed in dolmas cabbage leaves. The core of the cabbage cut into small pieces and place in a ring stew with fat. On cabbage put the cleaning, washing and dusting of black pepper chicken. Around and over the chicken rank finished dolmas. Pour over with cabbage juice, capped with a lid and leave to simmer on low heat until ready.

Great recipe, very well happen if the top line up 4-5 pork chops. Three in one. Something great.

This recipe is very nice, only I do not suffocate minced meat, everything raw.
