Striped terrine

1 zucchini
1 eggplant
100 g sausage of your choice
1 small tomato
1 small cucumber
100 g olives (cleared of stones and sliced)
50 g cottage cheese
100 g feta cheese
dill, garlic
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
400 g yogurt
1 tbsp gelatin (dissolved in a little water)
sunflower oil, salt

Zucchini and eggplant cut into long strips of medium thickness, salted and left to stay small. In a bowl mix all the other products diced. In the heated pan fried courgettes and eggplants. In a bowl or cake pan put oil transparent fsunflower nice to stick to the sides. Arrange the fried vegetables in the form of a fan - a piece of zucchini, eggplant slice while covering court. Pour part of the already finished mixture is lining up row vegetables mixture again. Wind up with foil and leave in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours. Remove into a suitable container and garnish optional.
