Sweet pickle

2 heads of cabbage
5 kg peppers bell peppers
1 kg carrots
1 head cauliflower
5 cloves garlic
1 head celery
100 g savory
100 g pepper
1.5 kg sugar
500 g salt
2 l vinegar
45 aspirin tablets

Vegetables are cut according to taste. Mix in a large pan, add the savory. Amount given fits in 5 jars of 3 l. In each jar was placed pepper, 400 ml vinegar 100 g of salt and 300 g of sugar. Tread with vegetables possible. Top put on 9 aspirin tablets. The jars are closed and turn the cap down. Spin 5-6 days, one day the cap is down, and the other - up. Pickles are ready for consumption quickly.
