Tomato sauce for pizza, spaghetti, lasagna

10 kg tomatoes
1 kg peppers
1 kg carrots
3 onions
1 head of garlic
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp oregano
300 ml sunflower oil
100 g sugar or 1 cup honey
salt and pepper

In a deep pan (cistern) fine-cut tomatoes, peppers, carrots, onions, add the peeled clove of garlic, basil and oregano, pour 500 ml water and put the fire to boil.
