Fried green tomatoes

Ingredients
6 green, slightly red tomatoes
12 thin slices of feta cheese Emmental
100 g cornflakes
2 tbsp sesame
70-80 g flour
3 eggs
200 ml olive oil or sunflower oil
salt and black pepper
basil

Method
Cornflakes is hammered, add sesame seeds and chopped basil. Tomatoes steamed in hot water for a few seconds, cool immediately under cold running water, peel and cut into rings of about 1 cm thick. Each piece in flour add some, put it between two slices emmental the same size as the tomato. The thus prepared pieces were immersed in beaten egg, and then in a mixture of sesame and cornflakes. Harvested in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Fry in oil heated 3 minutes on each side.

Tomatoes ripen in batter:-) just kidding. Vesi, green in the sense of immature you mean? Change better the recipe name, is misleading.

It's about poluuzreli tomatoes. Slightly pinkish.
